I'm Bogna Janik Forbes, a certified Movement Therapist.
My mission is to take each client on a transformational physical and personal journey. Provide them with a nurturing and educational environment in a fully equipped and peaceful studio environment. Each client, regardless of whether they are in a private lesson or group class, receives an experience in their own personal movement. I only require that each client be dedicated and committed to their personal practice. It is through consistency that progress and transformation happen.
Each workout will be customized to suit and honor everyone’s individual needs.
GYROTONIC® exercise sequences are composed of spiralling, circular movements, which flow together seamlessly in rhythmic repetitions with corresponding breathing patterns. Each exercise flows into the next allowing the joints to move through a natural range of fluid motions. These sequences create stability, strength and flexibility.
I believe in honouring both, the tradition and art of any movement including GYROTONIC® , Pilates as well as the evolution and science behind the methods.
